Training Culture

Here in the United States, many people think they are tough and have better hand to hand combat skills than others despite no training, due to being from a “hard” culture such as the hood. There are gyms that establish themselves in low income areas, but these gyms are rare nowadays. Reality is without training, pretty much everyone will look like complete crap.

There are some countries that take on a completely different dynamic, such as some Slavic and Central Asian countries. These countries are usually poor and the culture is brutal. In addition, many of these countries churn out boxers and wrestlers who manage to take home medals from the Olympics despite their small population. When you combine the large amount of people with formal training and a brutal culture, you get some interesting altercations.
