Common Enemy

There is an old saying that has been said throughout history and is still said to this day. “The enemy of my enemy is my friend.”. When there aren’t enough distractions in day to day life, people will argue and debate over small things. When things get real, priorities shift and they will no longer care about the minor things in life.

If there are three groups of people, and one group goes into conflict with the other two, then the two groups may temporarily set aside their differences and join forces against the single group. The bigger the differences, the worse the first group has to act for them to band together.
